Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jewelph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify support immediately upon suspecting unauthorised access.
The Platform currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / โฑ).
The minimum deposit amount is โฑ100 per transaction unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer. jewelph does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals are processed subject to successful KYC verification. For verified accounts using e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya), jewel ph targets a processing time of under five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

Upon termination for cause, jewel ph may withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where termination is due to a Player's fundamental breach of these Terms (including fraud, underage play, or identity misrepresentation), any Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds may be forfeited. You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting support โ upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method following identity verification.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
